There is nothing more that I love than to photographer members of my family! I feel that with the birth of my new nephew and more, there will be A LOT of sessions with family! Miss Steph is my sister in law! Well, my sister in laws sister, so what does that make her? Either way, my sister! And TODAY is her 23rd birthday!!! So, why not have some fabulous, sun-filled photos taken!! I just love Steph and her love for life and fashion! I pray God blesses her abundantly and we continue to make awesome memories together!

The New Studio

I am beyond excited to announce the new studio that I have gotten into with my awesome fellow wedding photography Brittany from Brittany Lauren Photography. We have been waiting to get into the studio for quite some time and now we are almost finished setting it up. I have done 3 boudoir shoots in there already and I am IN LOVE with the light and set up. There is so much I can say about this girl. What do you want to hear about? When we went on an orchestra trip down to Sacramento and made crazy music videos? How about kids camp stories? Or her awesome parties she hosts every 3rd week of June for her birthday where EVERYONE is there? It's so awesome to see her grow as an individual as well as in Christ. She has organized a wonderful group for the church called "Little Sister" program, to highlight the need of every young girl having a "big sister" to be able to talk to within the church! She also organizes shoe box gifts during the holidays and much more! Here are a few of my favorite stills we took while hanging out and chatting about cameras!

I can go on and on and oooonnnn about Mary- She is one of the kindest, most generous people I know. And I am happy to call her family. Even tho we are technically 2nd cousins, she is as near and dear to me as a sister. We used to visit each other once a year but once we both go busy with our own lives, that slowly started be once every 2-3 years. But that is changing again. I am in LOVE with southern California. I am seriously considering moving there very soon. But until then, I will visit!! At the end of May, Mary graduated from Cal State University Long Beach with her Bachelors. We decided to slip away for some "sunset" photos and boy can I just eat up the juicy light! Here are some of my favorite photos from our little session!
